Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all services provided by Foxibe (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through www.foxibe.com.
By engaging Foxibe’s services, you agree to this policy in full.
1. Nature of Services
Foxibe provides service-based offerings, including:
China product sourcing and supplier coordination
Import consulting and trade assistance
Supplier verification and communication support
Logistics and documentation coordination through third parties
Foxibe does not sell physical goods directly and does not manufacture or export products unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation by Client
2.1 Before Service Commencement
If the client cancels before any work has commenced, a refund may be considered at Foxibe’s discretion after deducting administrative and processing charges.
Any third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable.
2.2 After Service Commencement
Once sourcing, supplier outreach, documentation, negotiations, or coordination has started:
No refunds shall be issued
Service fees are considered earned and non-refundable
3. Non-Refundable Payments
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Sourcing fees
Supplier verification charges
Inspection coordination fees
Consultation or advisory fees
Retainers and advance payments
Payments made to third-party suppliers, agents, inspectors, or logistics providers
4. Cancellation by Foxibe
Foxibe reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if:
The client provides misleading or incomplete information
Payments are delayed or not made
The requested activity violates laws, trade regulations, or ethical standards
In such cases, no refund shall be due for work already completed.
5. No Refund on Import Outcomes
Foxibe shall not be liable for refunds due to:
Supplier delays or non-performance
Quality issues unless inspection services were explicitly contracted
Customs delays, detentions, penalties, or rejections
Market conditions, resale losses, or commercial risks
Import and international trade inherently involve uncertainty, which the client acknowledges and accepts.
6. Third-Party Charges
Payments made to third parties including:
Chinese suppliers
Inspection agencies
Freight forwarders
Customs brokers
are governed by their respective policies and are not refundable by Foxibe.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without formally contacting Foxibe may result in immediate suspension of services
Foxibe reserves the right to contest unjustified chargebacks with supporting documentation
8. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be issued for delays or failures caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:
Government actions or trade bans
Customs or port congestion
Natural disasters
War, strikes, pandemics
