These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.foxibe.com and all import, sourcing, trading, consulting, and related services provided by Foxibe.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Foxibe
Foxibe is a business facilitation and sourcing company specializing in:
Product sourcing from China to India
Supplier identification, verification, and coordination
Import consulting and trade assistance
Quality inspection coordination (where applicable)
Logistics, documentation, and customs support (through partners)
Business and trading advisory services
Foxibe acts as a facilitator and service provider, not as the manufacturer or exporter of goods unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Scope of Services
Foxibe assists clients in identifying suppliers and coordinating imports
Final commercial decisions (pricing, quantity, specifications) rest with the client
Services may vary based on the engagement agreement or proposal
Foxibe does not guarantee:
Supplier performance
Product quality beyond agreed inspection scope
Delivery timelines affected by external factors
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate product requirements and specifications
Review samples, documents, and approvals carefully
Ensure compliance with Indian import laws, BIS, FSSAI, CDSCO, or any other applicable regulations
Arrange timely payments to suppliers and service partners
Any loss arising from incorrect instructions or approvals shall be the client’s responsibility.
4. Supplier & Product Disclaimer
Foxibe does not manufacture goods
Suppliers are independent third parties
Foxibe is not responsible for defects, variations, or deviations unless inspection services are explicitly contracted
Product quality, performance, and compliance remain the responsibility of the supplier and importer (client).
5. Pricing, Payments & Fees
Service fees will be communicated in advance via quotation or agreement
Payments once made are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing
Currency conversion, bank charges, duties, taxes, and customs charges are borne by the client
Foxibe reserves the right to suspend services for delayed or non-payment.
6. Logistics, Shipping & Customs
Shipping timelines are estimates only
Delays due to customs clearance, port congestion, strikes, weather, regulatory checks, or force majeure are beyond Foxibe’s control
Customs duties, penalties, demurrage, and storage charges are the client’s responsibility
Foxibe may coordinate with third-party logistics providers but is not liable for their actions or omissions.
7. No Guarantee of Profit or Business Outcome
Foxibe does not guarantee:
Business success
Cost savings
Profit margins
Market demand or resale performance
Import and trading involve inherent commercial and regulatory risks which the client accepts fully.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, brand elements, documents, formats, and materials are the intellectual property of Foxibe.
Unauthorized use, copying, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxibe shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits, business, or reputation
Supplier defaults or manufacturing defects
Regulatory non-compliance by suppliers or clients
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fees paid to Foxibe for the specific engagement.
10. Confidentiality
Business information shared by clients will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.
11. Termination of Services
Foxibe may terminate or suspend services if:
These Terms are violated
Payments are delayed
Client instructions are unlawful or non-compliant
Termination does not waive payment obligations already incurred.
12. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Foxibe harmless against any claims, losses, penalties, or damages arising from:
Import law violations
Product compliance failures
Customs disputes
Misuse of Foxibe services
